3. Products and Pricing

Availability All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

 

Pricing All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

 

Product Images Images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colour may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the nature of handcrafted textiles. Slight variations in texture and weave are inherent to artisanal fabrics and are not considered defects.

4. Order and Contract

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund.

5. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing ratnswamini@gmail.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for post-dispatch returns.

6. Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. For COD orders, a handling charge of Rs. 150 to 200 may be applicable per order and will be disclosed at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs is the exclusive property of Ratń Swamini and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Ratń Swamini shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or profits, or any delay in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the E-Commerce Consumer Protection Rules, 2020. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
