Refund policy

At Ratń Swamini, every piece is crafted with care and sent to you with the intention that it becomes part of your story. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you.

1. Return Window

The 4-day window begins from the date the courier tracking system marks the order as Delivered. It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receipt and raise a return request promptly if needed.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

·        Timeframe The return request is raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

·        Condition The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

·        Tags All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and attached.

·        No marks The item has no stains, perfume, deodorant, or any other marks.

·        Original condition The item is in the exact same condition as received.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

·        Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or at a discounted price.

·        Made-to-order, customised, or altered items.

·        Items where tags or labels have been removed or tampered with.

·        Items that show signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage caused after delivery.

·        Gift cards and vouchers.

·        Items for which the return request is raised after 4 days of delivery.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 24 to 48 hours. If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at ratnswamini@gmail.com within 24 of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the defect and original packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Ratń Swamini will assess the claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or full refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

·        Email us within 7 days of delivery at support@ratnswamini.com with the subject line: Return Request followed by your order number.

·        Include your order number, name, contact number, reason for return, and supporting photographs.

·        Wait for approval Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not return items without written confirmation.

·        Ship the item securely in original packaging to the address provided. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

6. Refund Process

·        Prepaid orders Refund processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

·        COD orders Refund processed via NEFT or IMPS bank transfer. Please share your bank account details when raising the return request.

·        Confirmation You will receive an email when the refund is initiated. Credit to your account may take an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability. Email us within 7 days of delivery following the same process as a return request. Exchanges are processed after we receive and inspect the original item.

8. Right to Refuse

Ratń Swamini reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above, or if the return is determined to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.

9. Refunds on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. As COD orders have no online payment to reverse, all approved COD returns are refunded as Ratń Swamini store credit for the refund value (item value less the ₹299 return shipping charge). Store credit is added to your customer account within 5–7 working days of your return passing inspection, never expires, and is redeemable on any future order at checkout when you sign in with the email or phone number used on the original order.
