How much does a custom outfit cost?
It depends on the garment and fabric — most custom pieces cost the same as, or slightly more than, our ready silhouettes. You’ll always get the exact price on WhatsApp before we begin. No surprises.
How long does it take?
Custom pieces take 5–7 working days in production, plus 2–5 days of shipping. Need it for a date? Tell us and we’ll confirm honestly whether it’s possible.
Can I customise an existing Ratń Swamini piece?
Yes — that’s the most popular way. Pick any piece from the store, tell us the changes (colour, length, sleeves, neckline, your measurements) and we’ll make your version of it.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because it’s cut to your measurements, custom pieces can’t be returned or resold — but if anything is defective or doesn’t match what we agreed, we’ll repair, remake or refund it. Fit adjustments within 7 days of delivery are on us.
