Shipping Policy

We ship across India. At Ratń Swamini, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and in pristine condition.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery to your location.

2. Processing Time

Standard Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

 

Peak Season During festive periods or new collection launches, processing may take 4 to 5 business days. We will communicate delays via email.

3. Delivery Timelines

·        Prepaid Orders 7 to 10 business days.

·        Cash on Delivery Orders 8 to 14 business days.

·        Metro Cities Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune: 5 to 7 business days for prepaid orders.

 

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to operational delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

·        COD orders COD handling charges of Rs. 150 to 200 per order, displayed at checkout before confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner name. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at ratnswamini@gmail.com.

6. Failed Delivery

Our courier partners make 2 to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

·        The package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will be applicable.

·        For COD orders returned due to non-acceptance, a return shipping fee may be deducted.

 

·        Ratń Swamini is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and packaging immediately upon receipt and report it within 24 hours at support@ratnswamini.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
