Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. Every Ratń Swamini piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Production takes 3–5 working days before shipment.
How do I find my size?
Each product page has a detailed size chart. Measure yourself and compare don’t rely on your usual size from other brands. If you’re between sizes, size up. If you get it wrong, a one-time size exchange is available within 7 days of delivery. Prefer a perfect fit? Order custom, made to your measurements.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is complimentary across India. Orders arrive within 3–5 working days after production, with tracking via email or WhatsApp.
Is Cash on Delivery available? Are there charges?
Yes COD is available across India. A ₹199 handling charge applies to COD orders and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Prepaid orders (UPI/card/net banking) have no extra charges.
What is your return policy?
Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags. Email support@ratnswamini.com with your order details; a ₹299 return shipping charge is deducted (waived if the item is defective or incorrect). Refunds process within 5–7 working days after inspection. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. If the size isn’t right, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery your piece is remade in the new size at no extra cost beyond ₹299 two-way shipping. The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can cancel or change your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, before production begins. Email support@ratnswamini.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once your piece is in production, it can no longer be cancelled.
Do you make custom outfits?
Yes custom outfits are our speciality. Any garment, in any of our 15 signature colours, cut to your exact measurements. Start on our Custom Orders page; you’ll get the price and timeline on WhatsApp before we begin.
What fabrics do you use? Will they shrink?
Linen, linen-cotton blend, mul chanderi, and silk crepe all natural, breathable fabrics sourced with care. Linen wrinkles naturally; that’s the nature of the fabric, not a flaw. Natural fabrics can shrink slightly if machine-washed hot follow the Care Guide (cold hand wash, dry in shade) to keep the fit true.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All prices include GST, and every transaction runs through Shopify’s secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet we currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap; write to support@ratnswamini.com with your country and we’ll notify you the moment it opens.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes all prices are inclusive of GST and a tax invoice is issued with every order. For a GST invoice with your business GSTIN (for corporate or bulk purchases), email support@ratnswamini.com with your order number and GSTIN.
Will an out-of-stock item be restocked?
Pieces are made in limited quantities with no guarantee of restock. Join the newsletter or follow us on Instagram for early word on availability.
