Every Ratń Swamini piece is made to order for you — crafted within 3–5 working days of your purchase, then shipped. Here is how to follow it home.

1. Check your tracking link

The moment your order ships, we send a tracking link to your email and WhatsApp. This is the fastest way to see exactly where your parcel is.

2. Sign in to your account

You can view all your orders and their current status anytime by signing in to your account — use the same email or phone number you ordered with. No password needed; we send you a one-time code.

3. Still can't find it?

If you haven't received a tracking link within 6 working days of ordering, or your parcel seems stuck, we're here:

A note on timing: made-to-order means your piece doesn't exist until you order it. 3–5 working days of crafting + shipping time is normal — good things take a moment.
